You may not be an uber-wealthy venture capitalist like John Doerr or Vinod Khosla, but soon you will be able to play one in your spare time for just $100. Steve Newcomb, CEO of Powerset, is working on a venture fund to allow regular folks to participate in the growing industry of green venture capital. Making sure that it isn’t taken over by people with much deeper pockets than you, the plan calls for a maximum investment of just $1,000.
