Since announcing that we are winding down operations, we have received numerous inquiries as to whether we would consider selling the business. The simple answer…yes we will consider offers.

However, unlike the typical process, we are not revealing any financials. While unconventional, it should come as good news to potential suitors as if we did base the sale on traditional financial metrics, most folks would be priced out.
