Method Homes is new to the prefab market and if early work is an indication of future efforts, they have a bright future. Homes are built in a Washington factory and can be sent to most states in the west, with an east coast factory planned for 2009.

The company is targeting LEED Gold certification and includes an extensive list of green options for homeowners. Standard features include FSC lumber, radiant heat, solar prewiring, paperstone countertops, and several green flooring options.
